- Putting there thinking back on you today. YOU get to choose the weight you will use today. Thew intentions are that the first set of 75 swings will be done in 1-2 sets and the second set of swings in 2-4 sets.
- On the Suitcase carry carry the same weight. Firstly, be sure to stay nice & tight and don't let that weight pull you down. Secondly, if you put the bell down at any point during the carry portion then you get the pleasure of doing 20 unbroken Med Ball Cleans. Every time.
