12 Deadlifts (60 / 40 kg)
9 Front Squats (60 / 40)
6 Hang Power Cleans (60 / 40)
REST 2 Minutes....
[B]:
3 Minute 'AMRAP':
20 Ab-mat Sit Ups
15 Air Squats
10 Burpee Over The Bar

- Alternate between A & B until 3 of each 'AMRAP' have been completed.
- 'AMRAP' = As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible.
- Re-stsrt from the beginning of the AMRAPS each time.
