WoD: Running To Stand Still
On A Running Clock:
0:00 - 9:00: Run 1.6km, in remaining time MAX Snatch (42.5 / 30 kg)
9:00 - 11:00: REST
11:00 - 18:00: Run 1000m, in remaining time, MAX Hang Power Snatch (52.5 / 35 kg)
18:00 - 20:00: REST
20:00 - 25:00: Run 600m, MAX Overhead Squats (62.5 / 42.5 kg)

- Run hard, as hard a you can in the moment. You want at least 2 minutes each time on that barbell.
- The bar starts light, yet more complex, and it gradually gets more heavier as the movements get slightly less complex (yet no less tiring!). Be patient in your barbell cycling but strive for 15-20+ reps each time!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
