- It's Grand Final day here in Melbourne and what better way to earn your half time meat & gravy roll than a good ole 'move ya butt' type workout!!
- This is sheerly down to your work capacity and perhaps more importantly your willingness to push it hard enough.
- 10 rounds is a fair amount but you could very easily take an 'easy' approach and stick to a pace or number of reps that doesn't challenge you a great deal. We wouldn't want to do that now would we??
- The secret sauce to this this one is to find the number of reps and pace that pushes you just that little bit more than you'd like. The first 2-3 rounds will likely feel ok but you have built a target to try and hold onto for the rest of the workout. To do this just ensure one thing - that you will work for all of the 30 seconds in each & every round.
- The CrossFit Open begins IN TWO WEEKS!! Time has flown and we are all pumped to have five weeks of fun fun fun!!! Today will definitely help us get in the right frame for it.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
