- We have an enduring task today. Don't be fooled by this being "just" 3 rounds. This has far more depth than you think at first glance.
- Challenge yourself in the first round to go as big as you can on the reps. See how many wall balls you can get in a row. You never know, you may just surprise yourself.
- Once clear of the first round this becomes an exercise in "finding a way". You will know what that means when you are knee deep in the second round. Enjoy!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
