For Time
Hang From a Pull-Up Bar For 6 Minutes:

Each time you drop Row 1000m (800m) & then do 30 Push-Ups or 30 Dumbbell Bench Press (alternate rounds) before getting back up on the bar.

- Great workout today to see off Adam B who is heading back to blighty. We have taken a "Hero WoD" and tweaked it a little bit & added in some spicy elements that will surely tax that grip even more so.
- This one sounds short being "only" a 6 min task but just you wait 🙂
- Overall goal today is find your inner strength (yes that sounds very cheesy we know) and hang on for 5-10 more seconds than you think you can.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
