- Chippers are an integral part of any CrossFit program. Having just a list of moves to plough through one after the other (as opposed to a sets/reps scheme) allows you to experiment and see how large you can go in the sets you have in front of you. For example today you are given 30 DB push press. Can you go past 20? 25? or even all 30 in one big set?? If you don't try these things out how will you ever know what you are capable of??
- Burn through this one as quick as you as able & see you on the other side!
- P.S: Enjoy those 'easy' mountain climbers!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- NO Time Cap! Scale As needed.
