- Tough one on the old pins today! LOTS of squatting under load going on. The weight is meant as moderate at best. Choose a weight that allows you to complete the 20 reps in no longer than 2.5 mins.
- Keep the runs consistent and don't allow that part to derail your WoD. No walking along the way. Just. Keep. Moving.
- Lets go!!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
