- A Round of "Cindy" is = 5 Strict Pull-Ups, 10 Strict Push-Ups, 15 Air Squats.
- Strict form only, NO kipping!
- Today the run is scored as 1 "Rep" and each complete round of Cindy is scored as 1 "Rep".
- Scale as needed (and appropriately).
