- The chipper. A tried & tested classic way of working into the endurance realm. You have a list of moves to just try to plough your way through and find the ability within these workouts to just keep moving.
- Today nothing is heavy. Nothing is too big to make you doubt completing the move in front of you. Use that confidence inbuilt to churn yourself a result from this.
- On a movement/technical note there is a deliberate ploy to test ourselves on certain movements under some pre-fatigue conditions. We have deliberately placed the air squats directly in front of the wall balls to see how we cope with them. The placement of some handstand push ups straight after a lot of burpees!
- One thing is for sure, we are in for one heck of a ride!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
