- So here we are at the end of another CrossFit CBD Hero Month! It’s been a hectic month to say the least bringing us 14 of some of the toughest, most arduous CrossFit workouts ever designed.
- And so we round it all out with the classic volume builder “Morrison” (hands up who thought we’d be ending on something more famous or “sexier”?? (FYI, we don’t need “sexy” workouts in order to be sexy!!)
- We have done this one a few times over the years. Even had a partner version back on ANZAC day but don’t bother trying to compare times to that day!!
- let’s finish off winter with some good ole fashioned ‘grunt work’. We’ve said before and we’ll say it again. Technique and efficiency will be rewarded the most. Move well with virtuosity and you will likely come out with one of the better times. Move poorly and you will find yourself in a deep 450 rep hole to climb out of!
