Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 17 Minutes of:
31 Double Unders
12 Overhead Squats (45 / 32.5 kg)
16 Hang Power Cleans (45 / 32.5 kg)

- Every 3 Mins on the 3 Mins stop what you are doing and complete 20 ab-mat sit ups before picking back up where you left off.
- Start the WoD with 20 sit ups 🙂
- The minutes to stop for sit ups (clock counting up): 0:00 – 3:00 – 6:00 – 9:00 – 12:00 – 15:00.
- Scale as needed.
