.- Take a deep breath, find an appropriate pace, lets go!
- The Dumbbell is heavy yes, be sure you are using those legs to drive the Bell up!!
- If you are at all interested in the upcoming CrossFit Open then try out the new movement standards both in the DB Snatch & the Burpee portion of the BBJO!
- This has been a BIG week so far on the ROD, & its set to continue on tomorrow and the next day. Buckle up & monitor your recovery. If you need a day to rest take it.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
