WoD: "Midline Stability"
For Time:
100 V-Ups
50 Overhead Squats (42.5 / 30 kg)
25 Burpee Pull Ups (Upscale to 15 Bar MU)

- Your midline (or Abzzzzz) are integral to you having a strong & functional body. We need to build this in as many different ways & plains in order to build the strength necessary to lift heavy things.
- Don't overlook the effect the V-Up will have on your overhead squat. We talk about Midline Stability a lot. You will know exactly what we mean by this when you get that bar overhead!! Don't let the "light" numbers on the barbell fool you. Brace hard & be sure to press into that bar relentlessly!
- On the gymnastics if you have a good amount of Bar Muscle Ups an upscale is on offer. If you have just one or two we will keep to the burpee pull up to preserve stimulus.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 18 Min Time Cap.
- Scale As needed.
