- "O-lifting" is equal parts strength, speed & technique. Respect these components properly bar to hone in on that proper form.
- This is the first week you are going overhead on the clean. Split Jerk is preferable however revert to the push jerk if needed.
- Stick to the percentages accurately. Rep scheme gets spicy this week! You will need to act fast to get those 3 c&j's in!!
