- Strength Day y'all!
- Today we hit up a good ole "Bro Sesh"!! These movements are not commonly seen within CrossFit programming as most view them as accessory moves. Whilst they certainly can be used as accessories they also carry great value being viewed as bona fide strength builders in their own right. By targeting these, more specific, areas of the body we can add muscle/body awareness to the mix for you and really allow you to hone in feeling them, and in turn, using them more effectively to further enhancer your sexier CrossFit movements, be it a powerlifting, an Olympic lift or some Gymnastics moves you've been working toward. (Every hear the phrase "do the unsexy to be sexy"??).
- Lift Heavy*. Have fun!!
- *= "Heavy" is a relative term. Meaning that the actual number of kgs does not matter. What does matter is that YOU have lifted as Heavy as you were able to safely, & in turn YOU forced an adaptation upon your own body.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
