  • Working in "follow the leader" fashion. You each need to cover all calorie targets.
  • Record how far (Total number of Cal) you get through in the 15 mins as a team.

After Bash: Time Priority "Durante Core"

AMRAP 9 Mins:

10 Hollow Rocks

10 V-Sit Ups

10 V-Tuck Ups

10 Second Hollow Body Hold

REST 1 Min between rounds.

Post number of Cals as a team in part A & then number of rounds from part B to Beyond The Whiteboard.
