Complete As Many REPS As Possible in 12 Minutes
of:
1 Strict Pull-Up, 2 Push-Ups, 3 Air Squats 2 Strict Pull-Ups, 4 Push-Ups, 6 Air Squats 3 Strict Pull-Ups, 6 Push-ups, 9 Air Squats Etc.....
Continue adding 1 Strict Pull-Up, 2 Push-Ups, 3 Air Squats each round until time is completed.
Start at a higher round if you think it will allow you to complete more reps in the 12 minutes—e.g., 5-10-15, then 6-12-18, then 7-14-21, etc.

- We are kicking off 2020 with a bodyweight bonanza. The strict form gymnastics are the bedrock of development, both with strength in mind as well as muscle endurance/capacity.
- The volume creeps up on you fairly quickly so listen to your body and make sure that when you want to attempt the next rep that you can do. remember this is 12 continuous minutes of bodyweight reps. Attack by all means but do so on your terms.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
