5 (3) Strict Pull-Ups
20 Double Unders
5 (3) Strict Pull-Ups
30 Double Unders
5 (3) Strict Pull-Ups
40 Double Unders
5 (3) Strict Pull-Ups

Keep adding 10 more double unders each round, whilst keeping the pull-ups to 5 (3) until time is called.

Keep adding 10 more double unders each round, whilst keeping the bent over rows to 5 until time is called.
(If not skipping at home sub in with burpees. Start with 4 & add 2 burpees each round).
