- Happy New Year folks!!
- After yesterdays heavy cardio hit out we wanted to bring it back to the gains train! There are 10 sets on the board. Try to build across all 10 sets as you go. Don't be fooled by the low volume here, your shoulders will be cooking by the time you get to those heavy singles!!
- Enjoy the ride, lift something Heavy, cheer your mates to a new PR!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
