5 Rounds For Time:

10 Deadlifts (102.5 / 70 kg)

15 V-Ups

20 Wall Balls (9 / 6 kg, 10ft)

  • This week has seen you get your body all stressed out in all kinds of manners and not getting a good run on things perhaps. Today we flip that and want you to find a pace that is not only uncomfortable but barely sustainable! Once you have found your groove steam your way through this one. Who can stay unbroken across all 3 moves for the entire 5 rounds??
  • Go on, have a go!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
