5 Rounds For Time:
12 Dumbbell Deadlifts
9 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
6 Dumbbell Push Jerks

- The original Hero WoD "DT" consists of the above sequence of moves/reps with a heavy barbell. Today we mix it up using those wonderful, exposing Dumbbells. Using your arms/limbs independently improves your balance, coordination, stabilisation, of course your strength & no doubt makes you a more well rounded "Fitnesser"!!
- Hit the right weight today (for you) and you WILL feel that grip pump that so many speak of when referring back to the original version.
- How long can you hang on to those DB's???
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 15 Min Time Cap.
- Scale As needed.
