- The Open is over. Easter is over. Deload week is over. Time to get back to school kids!!
- We are entering into our most important phase of training. The "off-season" phase (if you count the Open as your season that is. If you don't then don't worry, this is still good ole GPP bread & butter stuff).
- Lot going on for the upper body today. Lets get your shoulders strong!!
