WoD: "Smooth Criminal"
Complete As Many REPS As Possible in 20 Minute
of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Box Jumps (24 / 20")

- Today is a great workout to try new things out on your gymnastics. Be it whether you make that leap from banded to unassisted pull ups, or start building & attempting larger sets of push ups. If you have been on a the same scale for 5 or more WoDs in a row then its time to try new things!
- If your regular pull ups are hot to trot hows your "Butterfly" form?? If you already have the "fly" then upscale to chest to bar pull ups.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
