Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes
of:
10 Push Press
10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Box Jumps

M: 52.5kg barbell; 24kg KB; 24" box
W: 35kg barbell; 16kg KB; 20" box.

If no barbell use a pair of DB for the push press.
No kettlebell? Use one of your DBs.
No box? Find a knee high object & jump clear over it.

- No matter. We forge ahead because fitness will wait for no person so we may as well get our skates on!!
