- Super nasty delights on the menu today! If you've ever done the famous Benchmark WoD "Nicole" you will know the feeling of trying to hit up a max set whilst breathing hard! Today is no different in its expectations!!
- Only thing is, you'll be getting punished if your skills aren't quite up to things!! (Dang!!). Referring to another infamous WoD we have had programmed here a few times before, (the row sprints & unbroken doubles! Remember that one???) , be wary of heading into your skipping too soon! You trip up at 49? Start over again at zero!
- As always there will be modifications on offer if double unders and muscles aren't in the repertoire at this stage. Be sure to turn up and we will make this a kick-ass day for you!!
- Lets go!!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
