- Super cool movement in todays Strength Day. The hang Power Clean is crucial in developing a solid Power Clean or Squat Clean. Why? Because it teaches us how to rapidly open our hips up & then pull back under the bar again.
- Its the fastest component of the clean movement and once this has been developed it can aid you other forms of the clean move.
- Today commit to actually pulling under to a point that may even look like you are heading into a squat. Lets not get caught up with ole "bambi legs" where we are shooting the feet out hella wide in compensation.
- Get your hook grip on point and you've a recipe for great days effort!
