- Classic sets & rep scheme. Five sets of Five is a great way to build the overall strength balance in the body. Not going to an absolute strength point but hitting 5 heavy reps has so much benefit to your CNS & your strength levels.
- Remember we are Push Pressing, NOT Jerking so get after it & brace tightly in those legs as you finish the prep out!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
