- A CBD Classic!!
- If you have never done this WoD before be wary of the vast volume of rowing!! We will have a 30 minute cap to the workout so if in the end you need more rest than under 2 minutes then we will simply do less rounds.
- Get your sprint start down pat, go hard & hold on!! (de ja vu??)
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
