- Yesterday you went all heavy & technical. This can sometimes slow down the pace in which you get to workout. This very much necessary to achieve well rounded fitness and develop your skills. Today however the complexity comes down a notch and the intensity can ratchet right back up there again!
- Take on board the mechanics behind yesterdays Thrusters and utilise them in the Wall Ball today. The number of reps is low so chance your arm at unbroken sets!
- The Swing is aggressive yes but like the Wall Balls the reps too are low. Go for broke on those and hold on to an unbroken set!
- Today is simple. Run hard, go unbroken on the Wall Ball & battle your way through those Swings! Get the work done and have fun along the way!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
