WoD: Garçon!!

Complete As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible In 20 Minutes

of:

600m Seamstress Run

25 Waiters Squats

600m Seamstress Run

50 Waiters Squats

600m Seamstress Run

75 Waiters Squats

Use a single  24 / 16 kg kettlebell.

  • Working an odd-object kinda day by utilising a single Kettlebell and performing squats whilst holding the bell on one side of your body. This will force you to work your midline nice & tightly to stay as upright a possible (fighting against the gravity pull of the bell being on one side).
  • There a fair few reps the board to get through so lets ensure we are amply warmed up & have enough time at the back end to stretch it out.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
