21 Burpees
12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (22.5 / 15 kg)

- Humdinger on the Rooftop today! Push hard to keep your runs as fast as you can (avoid using them as rest if possible).
- Find a rhythm on those burpees (because thats where you get to "rest" right??).
- To go "asRX" today you gotta burpee over that Dumbbell too!
- The Dumbbell should be Moderately Heavy and kept unbroken in every round.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
