- Spicy fight with our barbell today. These type of workouts really test the mettle as its just you vs you & no one else is going to move that thing for you!
- The barbell wants to feel light to moderate and for the first 3 rounds you can keep each individual move unbroken.
- Three moves, same weight across all three. One fine workout coming your way!!
- Overall goal today is to keep that barbell moving along. Output is the name of the game!! Give us 6 rounds or more!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
