 WoD: High Pulls & Handstands

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes

of:

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (42.5 / 30 kg)

5 Handstand Push Ups

  • Giving the ole pins a break today and getting our shoulder sesh on!!
  • The weight on the bar is moderate but still ensure you use those hips fully before allowing your shoulders & arms get to get involved!
  • The Handstand Push Ups are in relatively small quantities. This is in part to allow you to practice unbroken sets & also to try and keep you moving along the WoD nicely. We will hit up some "HSPU" work beforehand to progress on from last weekend.
  • Oh, today if you wanna claim "RX" the HSPU's need to be strict!!
  • Have fun!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
