- Today we hit up an absolute fast paced doozy!! This workout follows the formula of another famous benchmark "Fight Gone Bad". There are 5 stations. You have 1 minute at each one. Your task is simple. Hit as many reps as possible in the minute then move onto the next one. The bar is lightweight. The gymnastics should be free flowing. All this leads to you moving faster than you want to. And that's a god thing. Lets go!
