- Simply put, if you have a good looking & effective Overhead Squat it is highly likely your body is going to be a finely strung functional instrument! Take a couple minutes out of your day and check out this classic article from CrossFit founder Greg Glassman on the movement. Worth a read
- Today start out a bit more sensibly with your first working set aiming to be around the 65-70% mark. Look to try and build on every set steadily toward hitting your best "single" for the day. Who knows, maybe you set yourself a new PR?!?!
- Get round your mates, watch them lift, cheer them on, grab some high fives and it'll be a good day!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
