- Not a barbell in sight!! This one will be an enduring WoD, on in which you will need to find a pace that works for you yet is not just you going through the motions.
- Use the time on the rope to really dial in the skill behind the move. The Row is NOT your time to rest! Yes, find a pace you can hold but don't allow yourself to stop or trundle.
- The Box step overs are a deliberate ploy to get your body thinking differently. Going laterally isn't used enough in regular CrossFit programming. This will be healthy on the single leg & hip strength. You must use the leg on the box only to fully stand up before trotting over the box (with open hips) and lowering down the other side.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
