- Consistency will be the name of the game today. You should be ,moving through all of this with little to no obstruction. The rep scheme is kept small to encourage unbroken sets for as long as possible. Keep moving through. Pace accordingly.
- Yes there are 60 total HSPU on the menu, however today you can kip them (we can hear some of you cheering from here!).
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 20 Min Time Cap. Scale As needed.
