  • Lift as heavy as possible each set.
  • Rest as needed between.
  • Scale As needed.

For MAX Reps:

AMRAP 1 Minute

Back Squats @ 65% of best set today.

  • Aim 15+.
  • Does not need to be unbroken. Re-rack if you need to. Take as many sets as needed in the minute.
  • Scale as needed.
