WoD - "Dumbstruck"
Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 Minutes
of:
10 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (22.5 / 15 kg)
5 Strict Handstand Push Ups

- Classic bread & butter CrossFit with complimentary movements from a lower body pull to an upper body push. what does this all mean? Well it means that you should be able to keep moving & working through the rounds as they come (Note: this doesn't mean that we think you find it easy!).
- The Dumbbells are heavy (Totes!) but with the CrossFit Open just around the corner its a perfect time to be exposed to movements you haven't done in a little while. Beware the full squat clean with Dumbbells. They are a different beast as compared to its Barbell cousin.
- Those Handstand Push Ups (HSPU) will certainly be tough too. Yes its strict. Why you ask? Well just like on your pull ups we wouldn't let you kip unless you can do some strict so why should the HSPU be any different?? As always there are scale options & progressions in place to help you get here so be sure to turn up ready to learn & try new things out.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
