- On yer marks. Get set. GO!!!!
- Time to race so to speak. Don't confuse this for us saying to disregard all semblance of technique and form, that would just be stupid!
- What we mean is that we are going short today. Short to us is defined as less than 8-9 mins of actual work. Today the possibility of going even faster is there for some. You will still need to hold onto your form as you continually see that usually the fastest person in the room is one of the better movers too. They haver been conserving energy along the way by using better technique. Become that person yourself today!!
- This is a one & done kind of WoD Plough through your 1000m harder than you'd like to. don't try to set a new PR but at the same time don't be too far off it. Then when that is done go grab your barbell and open up with a BIG set of reps linked up. Aim to do the 30 reps in no more than 5 sets (we'd like less!).
