For Overall Rounds & Reps accrued:

2 Mins ON / 1 Min OFF, for 7 Cycles (20 mins all up)

40 - 30 - 20 - 10 (reps)

Wall Balls (9kg, 10ft / 6kg, 9ft)

Kettlebell Swings (24 / 16 kg)

  • So this works as follows: you start punching your way through the rep scheme. When its time to rest take a mental note on where you're at and pick it up there where its time to go again.
  • Who will make it all the way through the round & get back to the wall balls??
  • Scale as needed.
