- Going longer today hitting an aerobic pathway. Yet this is being done with a little twist. Those little 30 second rest periods will only act to serve as just enough time to let you reset & charge onto the next moves with more energy (thus enabling your intensity stakes to be raised a little bit more).
- Make no mistake, this one is challenging. Namely your midline area. After a few round of those Hollow Rocks & Front Rack Carries just see how different the Double Unders, Burpees & Rowing feel like!
