- Bloody cracking workout today! Fun on a stick!!
- We are climbing the ladder with the power cleans. Simple sequence of starting with 1 and adding 1 each time. We want a weight that is "moderately-heavy" to us. Something that poses a real challenge yet will never see us miss a rep at all. To help us find that we will build to a heavy single beforehand. Gradually increment the land and then after you post your heaviest successful lift strip it down a chunk and make that bar move.
- Overall goal today is to have a moderately-heavy weight on the bar that can enable you to get to the round of 7 (and beyond).
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
