A: Bulgarian Split Squat

B: Turkish Get Up

4 - 4 - 4 - 4

 (4 reps each side)

  • Well here we are again. Lockdown part 2!!
  • No matter. We forge ahead because fitness will wait for no person so we may as well get our skates on!!
