- Some may view this as not a CrossFit Workout. We can assure you it is very much a Crossfit workout!
- One stream of the 10 General Physical Skills is Cardiovascular / Respiratory Endurance (The ability of body systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen).
- Another is Stamina (The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilise energy).
- To help build these (as well as going anaerobic frequently) you need to go aerobic & build the capacity.
- Make no mistake this isn't a stroll in the park. Its a good honest hard yakka distance done as hard as you can for a time. (IF you really try to go at your fastest!).
- For all those in the world that believe that they "don't need it" or "don't want to do it". These are the folks that probably NEED IT THE MOST!!.
- Don't avoid it. We are only as fit our weakest component of those 10 General Physical Skills.
- Set a mark today so that you can come back in the future and try to beat it.
- If you are Modifying away off the rower then you will hit the Assault bike for a 6 MILE time trial instead.
