**Every 3:00 get off the machine and do 3 Burpees To Plate.
Add on 3 Burpees each time thereafter.
Workout starts with 3 Burpee To The Plate.

- As the title suggests this one will test the mental fortitude in a big way. Rowing long distances is already a hard task. A task that is fantastic engine. But add in the "inconvenience" of having to vacate the machine every few minutes and it will start to disrupt the rhythm & routine you have going on.
- As the burpees rack up and start to take more and more time out of your rowing "windows" we are now posed an intriguing question. Do we row harder now (pace wise) now we have less time until the next round of burpees or do we just hang on?? There isn't necessarily a right or wrong answer here. It's more a case of what now YOU decide to do!!
- PRO TIP: The longer you spend doing the Burpees the higher the chance of the machines monitor turning off! Two choices at this stage = either hustle through them burpees or make a mental note of your metres each Time so you can tally up at the end.
- One thing is for sure. You will have earned some hard gained fitness after this one!!!
