  WoD: "Strength Day"

Complete For LOAD:

Narrow stance, Heels elevated, DB Squat

 12 - 12 - 12

Super set with 12 Cossack squats after each set of DB squats 

Rest 1:30 btw

Bulgarian Split Squat:

10/10 - 10/10 - 10/10

10 Pistol Squats on the SAME leg after each B-Sp-Sq then swap legs

Rest 2:00 btw

Tempo DB Squat:

8 - 8 - 8

(@ TEMPO of: 4-1-X-1)

8 Sumo Jump Squat after each set

Rest 2:30 btw

Flow:

Do your 3 rounds of "A". Then 3 rounds of "B". Finally 3 rounds of "C".

(You do not add any weight to the accessory moves).
