Strength WoD:
"Snakes & Ladders"
For Load
Front Squat:
10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2
.
- Big numbers. Big effort. Big outcome!!
- There are some big sets ahead here. The decreasing rep scheme is designed to allow us to increase the loading as we go. Look to maximise the volume today with the absolute best form you have shown all year!!
- There are 30 reps ahead. Make them heavy respective to the reps that set. Yes we'd love a 2RM at the end HOWEVER don't shy away from the hardship of the set of 10 & 8. They will leave you very out of breath for sure!!
- Focus on that rack position. If you leave yourself tilting forward excessively then you will be leaving lots on the table. Most of the time we can WORK HARDER for a better position here. Sure it may get uncomfortable and it may make you fight harder for it BUT IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!
- Let's get after it & hit some heavy weight!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.

Post your LOADs to Beyond The Whiteboard.
That rack & torso position are VITAL to success in the Front Squat.
