"Tabata Something Else"

- A timeless classic CrossFit WoD. You will work through all 32 intervals back to back taking note of your reps along the way.
- The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Your Tabata score today is the total number of reps performed in all of the intervals.
- Hold your standards high! A pull up begins with straight arms, you get your whole head over the bar. A Push Up also starts with straight arms, you touch your chest actually on the floor & return back to your straight arms. A Sit up is..... well you get the gist! Why go on like this? Simples. Bodyweight movements are the most commonly short-changed in return for more "reps"! You know our standards very well here at CBD. We will enforce full Range Of Motion. If this cannot be achieved in the heat of the moment then REST!! Do NOT just try to eek out shoddy movement to get a bigger score!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
